I don't know why this has such low ratings. Because it was a great read! If your looking for an outpouring of romance, intense angst, or anything along those lines...this is not it. The romance takes a back seat to comedy and the life of a mangaka. Don't get me wrong, there are splashes of romance and a handful of scenes that will give your heart that special shojo doki doki...but, you'll be laughing more often. I actually even laughed out loud which says something. The ending is different. I would have loved if we got a bit more. On the other hand, it's a refreshing change from the predictability of the loved shojo tropes. The art is also top notch! I loved how the guys are drawn. And the facial expressions are on point. I'd recommend this to anyone!
